My background was in senior finance and commercial roles before making the ‘obvious’ move into a newly created strategic People & Culture role at EMAP Advertising, culturally one of the most forward thinking businesses of its time. While in this role I set the cultural agenda and led the talent strategy for seven wonderful years.

Taking those many years of practical experience I decided to launch Wonder in 2007 and since then I have worked with some of the brightest and best leaders around, helping them and the businesses they lead to grow and succeed. 

It’s got to be enjoyable though. It might be difficult stuff to get right but you want to work with those who will at least enjoy the ride! I still have the passion after all this time to work with those forward thinking people & businesses. I want to work with those who fundamentally understand and believe that unlocking their people’s potential and having a motivated workforce leads to business success.
